Sample files to try
Made-up emails in each format. Download one, then open it on the home page.
- sample.msg: an Outlook message with a logo, a PDF, a picture and an attached email.
- winmail.dat: an Outlook package with the message text as rich text and two attachments inside.
- sample.eml: a standard email that carries a winmail.dat, which is unpacked automatically.
- sample.olm: a small Outlook for Mac archive with three folders, attachments, three contacts and two calendar events. It was written by Mailunwrap’s test tools in the same layout as archives Outlook for Mac makes, not by Outlook itself.
The people, companies and addresses in them are invented. The files were written by Mailunwrap’s own test tools and are free to use for any purpose.
